Solano County Superior Court Rolls Out New Statewide Call Center
Fairfield, California – The Superior Court of California, County of Solano is pleased to announce the deployment of a new Statewide Self-Help Call Center through a collaborative partnership with the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, effective July 24, 2026.
This partnership is established through a Memorandum of Understanding to provide expanded access to self-help services for self-represented litigants with cases filed in Solano County.
Through the Statewide Self-Help Call Center, callers will receive self-help information, procedural guidance, and referrals from experienced self-help staff employed by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Services will be provided remotely by telephone and webinar, increasing access to court resources for individuals who may be unable to visit the Solano Legal Access Center in person.
The Statewide Self-Help Call Center will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding court holidays.
Self-help assistance will be available in the following areas:
• Family Law matters, including dissolution (divorce), declarations of disclosure, and parentage cases;
• Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Court matters; and
• Assistance with completing and filing CARE petitions.
