Eligibility Criteria
- Solano County residents
- Veterans
- Criminal case under 1170.9 penal code
- Qualifying diagnosis due to service trauma
- Eligible for probation
Referral Process
Participants may be referred to Vet Court from the home court prior to plea, post-plea or with Probation violation. The VA Veterans Justice Outreach (VJO) Specialist will verify military status and personal information. Vet Court referral packet must be completed (see link below) with the information the VJO and Senior Case Manager need to verify eligibility. Both Release of Information documents (VA Healthcare and Court) must be completed and returned with completed referral form to Senior Case Manager.
Vet Court and Military Diversion Referral Packet to be submitted to Case Manager when requesting Veterans Treatment Court or Military Diversion.

Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM*
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM*

Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM*
Vallejo Office: 321 Tuolumne St. for both male and female testing
Monday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM*
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM*
Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM*
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM*
Friday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM*
*Clients must check in 15 minutes prior to the end of testing in order to submit a testing sample
