Complaints

If you have a concern regarding court operations, court personnel (including Judges, Commissioners, Assigned Judges, Temporary Judges, or court staff), or have a suggestion for improving the process, or other comments for the court, please send your comments by mail or drop off in person at:

All complaints must be in writing.
 

For complaints related to child custody matters, including Child Custody Recommending Counselors (CCRC), Custody Evaluators, Minor’s Counsel, or Court Investigators, please refer to the Solano County Local Rules as outlined below:

What to expect after you have submitted your comments:

Please allow up to 90 days for us to read your correspondence, investigate and provide a written response.
