e-Filing
Effective, January 2, 2025, and per Solano Court Local Rule 20, e-filing is mandatory for attorneys in civil, family, and probate cases. Self-represented parties and non-parties are exempt from the mandatory electronic filing and service requirements but are encouraged to participate. All documents shall be filed and served electronically, except when personal service is required by statue or rule and excluding ex parte applications.

Verbatim records of public court proceedings (transcripts) may be purchased directly from the court reporter who reported the hearing.

Financial Hardship
If you cannot pay the full amount of a fine for an infraction offense (including most traffic tickets), you may ask the Court to reduce the amount you owe based on your ability to pay.
