To order a court reporter transcript, please complete the transcript request form (Click Here). A court reporter’s transcript is a verbatim record of court proceedings. If you are looking for court documents, contact the clerk’s office for case records. Official reporters employed by the Solano Superior Court are listed below. These reporters are not available for hire by private parties. For a list of contract pro tem reporters, refer to the Court-Approved List of Reporters Pro-Tempore (Click Here) or the California Court Reporters Association (Click Here). Reporters from CCRA not already on the Court-Approved List must complete and have approved the Request for Appointment of Official Reporter Pro Tempore Form. (Click Here)

Electronic Recording (ER) Transcripts

The Superior Court of California, County Solano has entered into contract with a new service called eScribers. Established in 2005, eScribers has grown to become the leader in reporting and transcription services for courts and government agencies. eScribers transcribes CD and Electronic Recordings(ER) for proceedings authorized for ER by the Court or Judicial Officer.
