The majority of juvenile paperwork is prepared and filed by the District Attorney, Public Defender, Probation Department and Child Services Division (Department of Health and Social Services) or the attorney for a party.

Forms for attorneys or public use can be found on the Judicial Council website at http://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm?filter=JV. These are standard forms used in juvenile cases throughout California.
