Solano Superior Court Launches New Public Portal for E-Filing of Domestic Violence and Gun Violence Restraining Orders

FAIRFIELD, CA – The Solano Superior Court is pleased to announce the launch of a new public portal that allows for the electronic filing (e-filing) of Domestic Violence Restraining Orders (DVROs) and Gun Violence Restraining Orders (GVROs). This new system provides a convenient and accessible way for individuals to submit their restraining orders and related paperwork online, at no cost. In addition to e-filing, individuals may still file restraining orders in person or by mail by visiting the Hall of Justice Courthouse at 600 Union Ave., Fairfield, or the Old Solano Courthouse at 580 Texas St., Fairfield.
