SOLANO SUPERIOR COURT MODIFICATIONS
Fairfield, California – The Superior Court of California, County of Solano is continuing all civil jury and nonpriority criminal jury trials until March 31, 2020. The Court will evaluate whether or not to further continue matters at the end of March, depending on the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Court has consulted with local public health officials concerning this decision.
If you have or receive a jury summons, please continue to follow the instructions for reporting as indicated in the summons. To sign up and receive text message updates, please complete the form on the jury page of the Court’s website.
All other court appearances, other than civil and nonpriority criminal jury trials, remain scheduled, unless a party is otherwise notified by the Court. Parties with jury trials scheduled for March should contact their attorneys for further direction.
