Participants may be referred to Vet Court from the home court prior to plea, post-plea or with Probation violation. The VA Veterans Justice Outreach (VJO) Specialist will verify military status and personal information. Vet Court referral packet must be completed (see link below) with the information the VJO and Case Manager need to verify eligibility. Both Release of Information documents (VA Healthcare and Court) must be completed and returned with completed referral form to Case Manager.
