Memorandum – TAP Fee/Vehicle Code 11205.2 Amendment to Administrative Order

Pursuant to Vehicle Code section 11205.2, I am amending the administrative order adopted on April 13, 2016 and amended on November 18, 2016 concerning collection of the TAP administrative fee as follows:

1. The fee is reduced from $25.00 dollars to $12.00 dollars.
2. The fee will apply to all traffic citations filed with the Court.

This order is effective July 1, 2019. All other provisions of the original administrative order remain in effect.
