The Superior Court of California, County of Solano maintains a Trust fund to account for unclaimed monies held by the court. Under Government Code section 68084.1(a), funds that have not been claimed for at least three years since the payment was issued, or the funds first became eligible for distribution, will become the property of the superior court if the owner(s) fail to present a claim by a designated date not less than 45 days nor more than 60 days after the first publication of the notice. If a verified claim is not filed by the designated date, the superior court may escheat the funds to itself.

Read the Claim Filing Instructions carefully.
Complete and sign the Claim Affirmation Form and Claim For Money Held. All claimants must fill out forms per instructions.
Sign and submit forms to the court along with all required documents listed in the Claim Filing Instructions.
