UD Services

UNLAWFUL DETAINER ADVISORY CLINIC HOTLINE


The advisory services, available to both landlords and tenants, is provided by telephone by licensed attorneys and supervised legal interns who will assist in resolving landlord-tenant problems informally and will function as an alternative to more formal court proceedings.

The UD Clinic advisory services hotline telephone stations are available at both the Fairfield and Vallejo courthouses. In Fairfield, the UD Clinic hotline station is located in the Old Solano Courthouse, 580 Texas Street, in the Civil Division Clerk's Office lobby. In Vallejo, the UD Clinic hotline station is located on the main floor of the Solano Justice Center, 321 Tuolumne Street, Vallejo, on the hallway to the right of the security station. To speak with an advisor, just pick up the phone and you will be connected automatically.

Funds for this program are made possible through Dispute Resolution Program Act funding.
