Tentative Rulings

Civil tentative rulings will be posted to this Web site after 2:00 p.m. on the day before the hearing date.  All rulings and notes will be deleted the following morning. Tentative rulings are also available by calling (707) 207-7331 after 2:00 PM the day before the hearing.

Civil Matters

The tentative ruling shall become the ruling of the court unless a party desiring to be heard so advises the judicial assistant of the department hearing the matter no later than 4:30 p.m. on the court day preceding the hearing, and further advises that such party has notified the other side of its intention to appear and argue. You may notify the judicial assistant either by completing and submitting the Request for Oral Argument Form using the links above or by contacting the department by telephone.

Solano County Superior Court offers you the option of appearing telephonically through CourtCall on certain civil matters pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.670. Fees are charged by CourtCall for this option. To make arrangements for telephonic appearances, you must contact CourtCall at (888) 882-6878 no later than 4:30 p.m. on the court day prior to the hearing.
